“could be better”

We booked a suite for a week and liked the communal area’s design, colors, and the little fish displays. The location was decent, close to the beach, and we had a partial sea view from our terrace. The front desk was very nice and helpful, and check‑in was smooth, although the app was slow. During our stay we asked for cleaning twice, but it never happened. Housekeeping came daily but only took out the trash, sometimes made the bed, and refilled the toilet paper when needed. Sheets were never changed, and the room was never vacuumed or mopped. We left pastries and there were crumbs and beach sand on the floor, yet nothing was cleaned and we had no tools to do it ourselves. We never cleaned the bathroom at home for a whole week, so it was disappointing that the sink and toilet were never cleaned—there was no equipment to do it, and this isn’t the hygiene level you expect at a paid accommodation. We even found a cockroach in the kitchenette area. The suite had a kettle and a microwave but no cutlery, plates, or drinkware except two glasses from the bathroom that were never cleaned or replaced, and there was no sponge or dish soap, so we used the dirty glasses for the entire stay. The high chairs near the kitchenette and the couch in the living room were extremely uncomfortable; we couldn’t sit on them for more than five minutes.

“Adoramos”

The room was spacious with a living area and kitchen. The hotel is new, with a pool, laundry, game room, and gym. We loved the unlimited brunch until 13 p.m. The brunch dishes and eggs were cold, and the countertop heat could be higher. The taste was very good.

“Excellent sejour”

The place is 200 m from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel’s architecture and pool are nice, and breakfast is served until 13:00. The front‑desk staff are very kind and efficient. The only downside was the “Ras Bonjour” thing.

Breakfast was good, the location was quiet, the beach was a quick walk, there’s a bus stop two minutes away, and a direct bus to the airport. The linen was never changed over four nights, and there’s no dishes even though there’s a kitchen.
