“One of the better parts of our stay in aberdeen”

Marcia L was incredible, so kind and helpful—Marriott is lucky to have her at the front desk. The first‑night rate felt steep, and the pull‑out sofa was awful; my back ached for days. We stayed two extra nights because of car trouble, so it was good we ended up with better sleeping arrangements.

There were no gluten‑free options at breakfast; bananas were the only choice for me. In today’s world, all diets should be accommodated.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from, and the beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was solid and my family loved it. I booked a 2‑bed, 2‑bathroom room over a month in advance but only got a 2‑bed, 1‑bathroom. The third‑party booking tried for two days to get a full refund, but the manager was unreachable. After visiting my elderly father every year, this stay was awful—I won’t return.

Everything was great—quiet and all around good. Nothing to complain about.
