This Portuguese home feels more like a beautifully designed house than a typical guesthouse, with wooden floors, elegant furniture, lovely staircases, and charming architectural details that give everything a warm, aesthetic vibe; it’s just a short walk from the city centre yet remains in a quiet, pleasant area. The downside is that it sits on the third floor with no lift, so expect a few stairs, especially with heavy luggage, and my room lacked air conditioning, though two fans helped keep it comfortable.
