The hotel is brand new and well maintained, the staff are extremely attentive—especially a young guy whose name I can’t recall but who gave us lovely details. The facilities are excellent, the room is spacious, quiet, with a very comfortable bed and a privileged view of Petra at sunset. The common areas are pleasant and the pool is perfect. We were practically the only guests in this 60‑room hotel due to the current situation in the Middle East, so I want to confirm that Jordan is very safe and Petra is a must‑visit for its unique jewel. Thanks to the whole team and best wishes for these tough times. Highly recommend—100%. No negatives.

“Marvelous stay in this new hotel”

I stayed in this brand‑new hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we even received a free upgrade to a spacious room with a balcony that offered views of Petra and the surrounding mountains. The mattresses and bed sizes were just right for a great night’s sleep. The swimming pool and the large terrace on the fourth floor provided stunning views, which I really appreciated. I’m definitely planning to return!

“Un 10. Repetiria mil veces!”

The hotel was incredible—one of the best value hotels I’ve ever been to. The staff were amazing, especially Maher, the hotel manager, and Firas, the chef, who treated us with great care. The dinners and breakfasts were unbeatable. It was my daughters’ birthday, and they even prepared a cake and candles for us. The rooms and facilities were flawless. Nothing was missing.
