The location is good because it's in the city center, and the staff are very friendly, which makes us feel safe. The downside is that the cafeteria is on the 5th floor; even though breakfast is delivered to the room, it never arrives hot. I suggest using a thermos for hot water.

The reception and service staff were extremely kind and attentive—worth a thousand points. However, the bathroom ventilation could be better; the dampness was constant during the brief time I was there.
