Dezentrale Lage, bestens verbunden: mit der M4 direkt mit dem ISG verbunden und zur Stadt. Viele Busse halten dort an

Place is good. 1. There were all electric plug was off, asked to 3 times to fix it 2. Shower gel was empty, asked to replace but not done Generally governance is very poor for 5 star hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 2-3 stars only. The staff are rude. Asking for a pillow its like you asking for real gold. They treat you like you are going to rob them whenever you ask for something. Nobody treats you like a guest. I dont recommend this hotel for the value of money I paid
