Simple and spacious, rather modern room, very minimalistic. Very nice and responsive host. Location is fine, definitely very walkable to all major tourist attractions in Lecce. Easy and free street parking right in front of the property. Overall good value or money. Too minimalistic: no drinking water is provided, there's a vending machine in the common area. A water kettle is provided in the guest room, however you will have to figure out how you want to drink your hot tea should you choose to do so, as there's no mug, no cup of any kind, no glasses provided. There are some single use plastic cups found in the common area. No tea or coffee provided either. That was a first time ever for us. Maybe this is not a thing here in this part of Italy?! It would have been nice for the host to install a decent coffee machine in the common room
