The location is okay, the building is decent. After paying for the reservation, I received a suspicious SMS asking me to cancel (the message seemed written by a semi‑illiterate person), which I didn’t do, and I reported it to Booking (no feedback yet). When I contacted the property through Booking, they replied “yes, we asked you to cancel but we resolved the issue, we’re waiting for you”, then later wrote that they would have a party in the rest of the villa and there would be noise. The noise was far from mild; it was awful, with all sorts of sounds besides low‑quality music, snoring, and shouting. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, the door could only be closed from the inside, the bed was broken, only part usable, the climate was very hot, the drawers seemed to disassemble… etc. We left after less than 3 hours, preferring to spend our time in the car.

I can only say that we entered, stayed 10 minutes, and left. It’s a place where you can’t stay. Lots of filth, flies, spiders, an unbearable smell. We travel often but have never found such accommodations where you can’t sleep overnight. 200 lei wasted.
I was disappointed to find no staff available when I arrived.
“Fara cuvinte, extraordinar!!!!”
A perfect spot. I was lucky to choose this house at the last minute. We were passing from the sea to the west and didn’t want to stay in Bucharest because it’s too crowded, expensive, and has no parking. The choice was perfect – we ended up alone in this huge, super comfortable house. The village has nothing to see and is very poorly organized; to return the car you have to drive 7 km to the roundabout, but we didn’t plan to go anywhere, and honestly, when you’re in such a place you don’t want to leave. The house has very affectionate cats. The bed was comfortable, the house isn’t cluttered with useless items, it has a positive energy, and there’s a coffee machine (I saw it in the pictures and we brought our own capsules, the coffee was very good; we don’t have such a machine at home and got to try the capsules). The fridge is huge, it even has batteries in the freezer for cold drinks to cool you down on hot days. Speaking of heat, the house is very cool; we had no trouble sleeping even though it was 40 °C outside. The bathroom has a jacuzzi and bath salts. The terrace is huge and has a pool, but there was a big spider in the pool and the water didn’t seem very clean, so we didn’t dive in, but we stayed next to it and even dipped our feet a bit. Probably it’s cleaned perfectly for parties. Overall the house was very clean, a 10‑point rating, and being asked not to wear slippers inside felt like an important detail for cleanliness that we respected. Everything was done with care and the owners are super kind. I haven’t seen a 16:00 check‑out on Booking before. You can enjoy the whole beauty around you in peace without having to wake up early and rush. Of course there’s plenty of parking, something you probably can’t find in Bucharest unless you know the spots. Yes, there are insects, but that’s obvious because the house is in the middle of nature. The only thing we didn’t like was that the cats aren’t spayed and are all pregnant. I don’t know whose they are or who takes care of them, but they seemed a bit abandoned and we hope that’s just our mistaken impression. We have many cats at home and for us each cat is extremely important. They’re affectionate, which probably means someone loves them and nobody mistreats them. That was the only detail that made us question, otherwise the place is unimaginably beautiful.
The house had everything I needed. The host was very helpful. Upon arrival, the garden’s condition was off‑putting and needs tidying up.
