The proximity to the event we were attending was good, staff were nice and polite, but the lobby smelled weird, the room felt clammy, the bathroom door was too big to close the toilet, trash was never emptied, there was no coffee maker but supplies were provided, and the sink, tub, and toilet were not very clean.

“for what you get it is priced a little high, But it's 1/2 mile from where I work when I'm in town”

I was supplied with bagel and white bread for toasting, butter and cream cheese, dry cereal, and the air conditioner worked fine, but I couldn't find any peanut butter and jelly, juices, yogurt, or fruit this month. The pool still isn't working, and they assigned me a smoking room that I had to change. The TV remote was useless, so I had to operate it manually. The staff used to be terrific—I've stayed here for over a year—and they would jump on any issue, whether it was the TV, computer, printer (even my own), or internet, but there were no towels for the pool, even though it hasn't worked for the last two months. Every time I came or went, they always greeted me.

“Won’t be back”

The keys didn't work, and I was handed a smoking room instead of the non-smoking one I had booked. There was no elevator, so my disabled wife and I were forced to use a second-floor room.

“Disappointing”

The location is fine, but the refrigerator, TV, microwave, and about half the lights were broken, and the furniture looked like someone had used a machete on it.

“Don’t expect a refund from the company!”

The place is in a good spot, but I had to cancel one of my two rooms because of severe cigarette smoke allergies. I was promised a refund but never received it. Don't book through this third‑party website!
