“Horrível”
Despite the room being awful, the location wasn’t bad. The room was dirty, damp, and the only outlet was almost at the ceiling. The door had no interior handle and we weren’t warned; we locked it and got stuck. I called a staff member who said she couldn’t help because it was New Year and it would be difficult; we had to ask men downstairs to open the door for us. It was terrible, and I can’t even imagine what would happen if a fire broke out.
The cleaning was terrible, the smell awful, and the conditions were lacking.
The bed was comfortable and quiet, but when I arrived the lock had the wrong code, so I waited 30 minutes for a new one. The door knob was broken, and when I showered there was no hot water—just cold—until it was fixed in the morning. The bathroom is shared, not private.
Everything.
I didn’t find anything good here; the beds were unfinished, the smell was unbearable, everything was dirty, and I tried to get help but no one answered. I didn’t even sleep and ended up staying elsewhere that night.
