The location and accessibility are good. Although it is in Macapá’s central area—right near the city’s commercial center—the hotel sits on a relatively quiet street that gives equal access to the main public and private interest points. The on‑site parking is small, but because the street is residential, calm, and fairly safe, it was always possible to park near the accommodations at night.

The location is good, close to Macapá Shopping, and offers good value. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioning is old and couldn't cope with the intense daytime heat in the city.

The restaurant’s location was nice, but the bathroom was noisy because the AC made a racket and the heat came through the window. There was a leak under my door, and the private gym was unusable with kids; the pool was in a different hotel.
