The location was near the university I needed to visit. The staff was amazing; Yara from the customer support team went above and beyond with her support and knowledge. The restaurant had some delays in the meal and no service near the pool.

We were truly impressed by this hotel. The exceptional warmth of the staff, especially the contact with Yara before our arrival, at check‑in, and throughout our stay, was remarkable; we had never been so well cared for before. The cleanliness of every area, the great pool area, the room furnishings and equipment, and the very good breakfast were all highlights. We were glad to have chosen a hotel slightly outside the city centre because it was nicely quiet. The only downside was that the view of the surroundings was not so beautiful, but the hotel cannot be blamed for that. We would definitely return if we travel to Jordan again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! Nothing was worth complaining about.

מקום מאוד נעים ונקי חדרים גדולים ונוחים, מיטה נוחה מאוד צוות אדיב מאוד ודואג לנוחיות הקליינטים במיוחד יארא , המתקנים במלון באיכות מעולה . המיקום קצת מרוחק מהמרכז אבל זה לא הפריע לנו כי היינו עם רכב צמוד
