Convenient location, clean, comfortable, cozy. The staff were very friendly and quickly and professionally resolved all issues that arose during check‑in. There was no lift, so I had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs.

The staff were welcoming. However, there were no slippers or robes, and after showering I had to step onto the floor barefoot; disposable toothbrushes were also missing.

It was clearly a non‑smoking hotel, and I stayed in a suite that felt safer in case of air raids. The only drawback was that it was hard to locate from the street.
