The location is fantastic; just remember to pay extra for a balcony with a bistro set instead of the standard Juliet Balcony. Sipping wine or coffee while watching people at The Spanish Steps was a nice break from our busy days. Getting in and out was a bit awkward because it's in a ZTL traffic zone, but that’s understandable.

The location was spectacular and the staff were very helpful. We booked a room with a view of the Spanish Steps and it was exceptional. The staff handled our bags, gave local recommendations, and allowed early check‑in. The room was moderate in size but suitable for two people.

The location is excellent and the room was very nice. However, getting in and out was a challenge, and the fridge was already full of charged food and drinks, leaving no space for our own items, plus there was no water available except in the sink.

The hotel was very good, quiet, clean, with a comfortable bed and nice shower. The private terrace over the Spanish Steps was a highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really liked the place and would return. The Wi‑Fi was very slow.
