I was close to restaurants and a clinic, but there was no electric jug for hot water and the flooring looked patched up.

The facilities were modern, even the toilet bowl was automatic, and the location was good with easy access to eateries; everything else was fine.

As a budget hotel, the location was near good food spots, the room was spacious with comfy beds, Wi‑Fi was decent, and the amenities outshone other budget hotels in Kuala Lumpur; the Strand Mall was within walking distance, though parking only opens after working hours because the building is surrounded by office shoplots.

The place was close to dining spots, but the walls were peeling and one of the shower lights was broken.

After the fuse switch burned, the staff quickly moved me to a better room; it wasn’t the safest situation, but the management’s swift room change made the stay great and the staff were polite.
