“avoid this place due to location next to PG, unhygienic due to no tap water in washroom”

room size was decent though mine was a suite so obviously it was bigger. 1. Approach & attitude right from front desk, not warm at all. 2. No water in taps and when confronted, they said they will provide bucket of water. No remorse/ regret on the faces, they stated it happens due to water scarcity and not uncommon. how do you clean yourself. Most pathetic. senior person not ready to talk, no revert on mail asking for refund of breakfast which i could not take as i could not wash myself in the morning and had to leave early due to water non availability. 3. nothing for toddlers as games/ kids area. 4. suite was overlooking a dirty PG, almost touching the room. ugly view

Reception staff needs to be trained properly, when I had my breakfast included on my booking, she told me that I do not have breakfast included. I asked her to check properly as I had booked along with it, she checked and said yes. As it was a mistake from her side I expected and apology and was missing. Also while checking out staff did not give me the invoice after making me wait for formalities. She just said fine I can go, I had to ask for the invoice then she took a print out and handed it to me. There was no greetings whatsoever and no thanks. I thought service industry is supposed to carry polite gestures which I find missing nowadays. I have been travelling last 28 years and it's a shame nowadays people do not value one another. Everything has become so materialistic and I feel human values and gestures are loosing its presence fast. Its a good property but needs bit more experienced staff to add colour to the property. “Good but not great,”

The room was a decent size and the vibe was pleasant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location isn’t ideal, especially the road to the resort. It doesn’t feel like a resort for the price; there’s only a pool, which is common in most hotels now. Breakfast was limited to basic idli and dosa. If the room is booked for three, why only two water bottles? The rates are high; I’d rather stay at a named hotel near the city.

The property’s name is memorable, but the services were lacking and some paid services were denied.
