The location feels like a fairy‑tale spot! It’s right next to Loma Bola, and you have three different viewpoints to climb and look inside the hotel, all green and spectacular. Our suite had a beautiful balcony overlooking the park. The service was excellent, answering my concerns immediately. There’s a cool game room to enjoy if it rains. The first day was perfect, but on the second we waited an hour and a half to shower because they didn’t put enough firewood in the boiler and a family had used all the hot water; they said it was an exceptional case caused by a new guy. We also ran out of firewood for the stove that day, though the air conditioning was on. The bedding was good, but the sheets could be improved.
