The atmosphere is very nice, the owners are friendly, and having a restaurant in the building is convenient. The balcony leads into the covered restaurant area, so it’s unusable, and the whirlpool jets have a slight odor when used.

The welcoming atmosphere, thanks to the kind guests and the well‑restored historic building, is a highlight. The location makes it easy to reach the best beaches and Agrigento’s Valley of the Temples. The chef’s breakfast is excellent. We’d have liked more time to enjoy the restaurant’s delicacies, but that will have to wait for another visit. No complaints.

We spent a truly pleasant stay in an elegant, historically rich building, and the classic décor made the two‑storey suite feel both refined and welcoming. The spacious layout was perfect for relaxing, and just a 10‑minute drive away there were fantastic beaches ideal for a day at sea. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking for something special. A note to keep in mind: the apartment has several narrow staircases, which might not be suitable for people with limited mobility, very small children, or those carrying bulky luggage, so consider this before booking.

The cleaning was only superficial, the jacuzzi was rusted and broken, and the room faced the restaurant where the music could be heard well past 1 a.m. Dinner cost €10 per person for a “luxury” restaurant, and an extra €10 for a single glass of Grillo Musita wine (a full bottle retails for €6‑8, not to mention the wholesale price for the hotel). The hostess’s welcome was nonexistent. Breakfast was €18 for a fixed “international” menu with no listed items, and I was served a plate of low‑quality mignon hors d’oeuvres. It’s a place built to cheat tourists; the only redeeming point was its 18‑minute distance from the beautiful Torre Salsa reserve, which is hardly worth the proximity. The overall experience was unforgettable for all the wrong reasons.
