The accommodation matched the listing, rooms were well‑separated, the bed was comfortable, bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner, the location was excellent, and Carmen welcomed us warmly. Wi‑Fi was lacking.

The location in the Condesa neighborhood is superb. The room is comfortable, beds are the same. Very clean. No one from the service was ever on site. The room isn’t cleaned and towels aren’t changed.

The location was fine. I could never turn on the TV, and there was no housekeeping service for all four days.

The spot is perfect! Spotlessly clean and cozy. I’d strongly recommend it.
