I stayed here four years ago, and the guest house and hosts are still as charming as ever. The only addition is Bella, the dog. Meals were brought to me on one day. Some knives could be added to the cutlery in the shared kitchen; the plastic ones aren’t great.

Guest house Katia is a fantastic place in Tbilisi! The room was sparkling clean, spacious, and had both heating and AC. Koba and his wife Keso were beyond friendly and welcoming. I loved the spacious kitchenette, the shaded backyard under the grapevines, and their sweet dog Bella. As a cyclist, being able to safely leave my bicycle in the backyard overnight was a huge plus, and the price is more than reasonable!

The hostess was nice and helpful. The location is top in the old town. Unfortunately a bit loud from the street. The noise is something she can’t do anything about.

The place tops every other Georgia stay I've had, and probably the best guest house across all my trips. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was spotless. The location was excellent. I hope to return and stay longer! Thanks!

It matches the description. Everything is fine. The hosts are friendly and speak Russian.
