Having the parking below meant no cars above or below, everything was perfect, and the little touches were appreciated 👌 The staff reacted fast; I had a problem with the instructions and they answered and fixed it in 20 min. There were two pillow options. The room was cleaned daily. It’s very dark in the room, and the shutters are perfect.

This hotel’s layout is odd and potentially dangerous. Twice I was locked inside my room and couldn’t leave. The automatic door system can block exit if you don’t have a car parked directly beneath your room, which is a bizarre and worrisome design flaw. My friend in the next room had the same problem. I had to call management twice at night to fix it. They said it was due to the sensor system but seemed unsurprised and unconcerned. Their “solution” was to leave the garage door beneath my room half‑open to avoid being locked in again, which was shocking as a normal workaround for such a serious safety issue. Worse, when I first arrived the lights didn’t work for about 30 minutes, leaving me trapped in complete darkness. On top of these safety concerns, the room smelled very musty and moldy, making the experience even more unpleasant. I strongly recommend avoiding this property. The facilities are subpar, and more importantly, the door system poses a serious safety hazard. Being unable to exit your hotel room is completely unacceptable, especially in an emergency.

The spot is great, right on foot from restaurants and a convenience store, but finding it for an Uber can be a hassle.

The room was gorgeous with a little charm, and the parking under the building was a bonus – would recommend 100%.

It was a comfy place to sleep for one night, each room had its own covered parking spot, and it’s just 15 minutes from Seongpanak entrance to Hallasan Mountain.
