“10/10 would recommend”

The showers were spotless and pleasant, the beds were comfortable, and we had both an aircon and a fan. The place was a bit louder than expected, and the floors creaked, but that’s to be expected.

“Pointless. I am currently out of pocket for a nights accommodation where I had to pay to stay elsewhere. I am waiting fo”

Nothing good. I didn’t get to stay. I paid and got a confirmation email, yet when I arrived to check‑in the staff said no room was assigned and there was no booking for me. I don’t know if the fault was theirs or not, but I was forced to scramble for other accommodation over a long weekend and was not impressed at all.

“Ok but too basic.”

I liked the communal kitchenette and its facilities. The room was well priced, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a bit too basic: no luggage stand (as I recall), no table, no chairs, and no bedside light. Finding your way back to the bed in the dark after turning the light off at the door isn’t great. A bedside light, a small table, and a couple of chairs would make all the difference.

“I book alternative accommodation as this was not suitable for my stay”

I didn’t stay because the door felt insecure for a single woman and I worried about leaving the room at night to use a bathroom. I also didn’t realize the room didn’t have its own bathroom and lacked a PowerPoint. The door didn’t feel secure when closed.

The beds were amazing, the food was great, the towels were lovely, and there’s a nice area near the rooms for groups to gather; thanks for providing a good spot to store bikes, though room 3 should have a stronger light bulb.
