The large room with a balcony overlooking the grounds was clean and comfortable, though the outdoor area was somewhat untidy in the off‑season; the beach is absent, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, all heavily tourist‑oriented. The hotel’s sports bar, which only has one billiard table, could use improvement.

The staff were lovely—from reception to housekeeping to the pool attendants—polite and helpful, especially the small‑tall luggage helper who would sprint over to assist anyone carrying items. The rooms were affordable, clean, fragrant, and the in‑room phone was still fresh, clearly cleaned. The hotel offers many services. The entrance road to the hotel was not great, breakfast was mediocre, and if you opt for the all‑inclusive breakfast it’s okay, but paying an extra 600 for it feels unaffordable. The elevator was slow and small.

The location is beachfront with a nice atmosphere, but rain meant fewer strolls. The staff at the pool area were attentive and cared for guests well. Food arrived late and was limited, though that’s not a major issue. Check‑in was messy and slow, lasting an hour despite the high number of guests; preparation should be better if many guests arrive. The entrance road to the hotel was a pothole.
