The place was utterly disgusting; I asked for a non‑smoking room, yet it was saturated with cigarette and urine odor. They claimed they'd spray it, but all rooms were smoking rooms. My allergy to tobacco smoke made staying impossible, forcing us to find another hotel on short notice for Valentine's Day, which cost us extra money and an hour’s drive.
