The room was comfy in an annex of the house, good for a one‑night stay. The host was very pleasant and served a solid breakfast. This is my second visit, and it’s convenient for dinner at L’hysop. There are two large dogs, but they’re friendly and the host made sure they didn’t bother us.

I loved everything about the place: the independent guesthouse (a small annex in the host’s garden with shared access), the comfort, the roomy bedroom, the services, and on top of that a charming host who seemed able to handle any situation. The only downside was that because the room’s entrance is in the host’s garden, the terrace isn’t private, but that was fully described in the listing, so no unpleasant surprises.

The property has two large guard dogs. I’m terrified of dogs and that wasn’t mentioned in the hotel’s conditions, so I had to find another place when I arrived because they wouldn’t keep the dogs locked up.
