I booked this hotel through an unknown channel and had a terrible experience. The staff were rude, used foul language, and I had to call the police to report how they treated me. This is the worst hostel I’ve ever seen. Travelers, be careful—this place is awful.

We booked an AC room, but they offered a non‑AC room. When I insisted on an AC room, I had to pay an extra Rs.300 in advance. I had no choice but to look for another place for my family during a midnight late check‑in, which I had mentioned when booking. The AC room they gave me was on the terrace, had no Western toilet, and they demanded another Rs.300 for a room with a Western toilet, which I refused. They keep saying they’re an OYO‑maintained hotel and don’t care about the basic facilities offered on other booking portals. Overall, a horrible experience.
