The owner, Gabriele, is a very kind and helpful person who responds quickly to inquiries and the tenant’s needs. I asked for an extra blanket and received it the next day. I highly recommend staying in his apartment. The place is in the very center, so it’s close to many attractions. There was nothing that was lacking.

The kettle was full of limescale so it couldn’t be used, the coffee machine didn’t work, and warm water had not been working (for 2/3 days of our stay – the last day someone fixed it) in the bathroom or kitchen.

It’s in an amazing spot and close to everything we wanted to do, which was very convenient. The experience felt more like staying in a student dormitory than in proper accommodation. The bathroom and kitchen were shared, so we constantly had to wait for other guests to finish before we could use the bathroom or shower, no matter the time of day or night. The room itself was also noticeably smaller than advertised on the website. One of the closet drawers was broken, and when I tried to use an extra blanket stored there, I found a large stain on it. There was no mirror in the room, meaning I had to wait for the shared bathroom to become available just to get ready in the morning. On a positive note, the boiler wasn’t working on our first day, but the issue was resolved immediately after we reported it, which I genuinely appreciated. Overall, while I appreciated the quick response to the boiler issue, the accommodation was disappointing in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and how accurately it was represented online.
