The place is clean, comfortable, and a short walk from the main square and other sights. Mercado San Blas, with its great food, is about a 15‑minute stroll. The best part is the ladies who run it—very kind and helpful. No complaints; it offered great value for money.

The staff were nice; she helped me with my luggage and made coca tea and a breakfast box. When I showered, the water wasn’t hot enough, so I felt cold.

Amamos o lugar ! Fomos muito bem tratados e acolhidos ! Confortável e muito bem localizado ! Recomendamos a todos que desejam experimentar o acolhimento do povo cusquenho ! Chuveiro quente, cama confortável e café da manhã delicioso. Guardaram nossas malas e quando retornamos de Machu Pichu já estava no quarto tudo arrumadinho . Gostamos de tudo !

The hotel is charming! A little gate on the street opens into a historic mansion. A lovely winter garden with kind, attentive staff. We felt Cusqueña hospitality in every interaction. The breakfast, made with grandma’s care, was delicious. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot, and everything was very clean. It’s only a five‑minute walk to Av El Sol and the main tourist spots, and close to Mercado San Pedro. We love the hotel and its staff! No complaints—everything was perfect.
