Because there’s no reception at night, getting the keys to enter was a real hassle.

The room was spacious and the location was great—Coliseum 15 minutes away, Trevi Fountain 20 minutes, so you can walk everywhere. They let me drop off my luggage after check‑out, the bed was comfy, and everything was clean. The air‑conditioner didn’t work, and the shower head wouldn’t lower the water, so I had to stop the shower a few times to avoid flooding.

Only the location is good. The bathroom basket was still full of the previous guest’s trash, the bed only had a mattress cover and I found a cheap blanket in the wardrobe. The shower had only a tiny towel that I even used at night to avoid resting on the mattress cover… In short, a total disaster.
