“Najwspanialszy wypad”

We booked elsewhere but were offered this place, which turned out to be a bit of a paradise. The room had a wonderful view, was peaceful and quiet, and everything was close by.

The location is great, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly and kind. There was no cleaning during the five nights; fresh towels were only provided after asking. There was no mosquito protection on the windows.

The location is close to the promenade, and the buffet breakfasts are very good. The view from the window is nice and the room is spacious. While in Mikołaje, I think I’d gladly return. The hotel was described as four‑star on Google, but it isn’t; there’s no daily housekeeping, only on‑request cleaning for an extra fee.

“Hałas, ściany z papieru...”

The only real draw was the location and the garden with hammocks and loungers. The walls were paper‑backed, and you could hear normal neighbor conversations through them. Room 25 had locked doors that led to another room where a family with a child was resting; you could hear a faint whine from a baby. Those doors had round glass panels, so when neighbors got up at night, it lit up our room. The plumbing is off, you can hear water running even three rooms away, and everything hums in the pipes. The resort clearly needs a refresh; it looks worn out. Cleanliness is about a 7/10, especially the bathroom. There’s no mirror in the room. Investing in new sealed doors without glass would help. I paid a decent price and expected top‑level service. Breakfast was tasty, but it was the same every day; I wanted more variety of hot dishes, yet there were only sausages and scrambled eggs.

“Really enjoyable”

The location is great, the restaurant is fabulous, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking nearby is convenient. No complaints.
