“Deceiving!”

Amhed waited for us at the property at midnight and arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. We felt safe in the area, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was right in front of a busy street, and we’re not light sleepers. We didn’t mind noise, but this was insane: car horns all night, nonstop. We waited until 3:00 am to see if it would stop, but it didn’t, so we didn’t sleep at all and had to find another hotel. The owner wanted us to pay for the three nights, saying it was not his fault. He should tell guests what to expect so they can make an informed decision. The photos are staged so you can’t see the highway, which is deceptive! We found a beautiful family‑owned hotel near the pyramids with a rooftop for much less money. There are many options close to the pyramids—don’t settle for this hotel.

Very bad hotel in a bad area. The staff asked a different price when we arrived, even though I had already paid for the rooms through booking; they demanded extra money. I advise never to go there.

“Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un court séjour”

The view of the pyramids from the room was great, the staff were friendly, and the value for money was solid. The street noise was loud even with the windows closed, and there was no hot water.
