I didn't like anything there during my stay. The room was dirty to the point that it almost triggered my allergies, and basic amenities like a hair dryer and even a heat pot to hear water were missing. Despite informing management digitally about our checkout as instructed, we were still shouted at by the cleaner asking which room we stayed in. Isn't management supposed to coordinate with their own staff? Extremely poor communication, cleanliness, and management.

Value for money and decent room size, but it feels more like a worker lodge than a residential room; it would be better if the fridge, washer, etc. facilities were inside the room.

We were given the wrong room, the AC wasn’t working, the bathroom was completely waterlogged with no one to attend, and fire alarms went off with no one to attend again. Only the location was acceptable.

The place was clean and newly refurbished, but the streets outside the building were noisy at night because of passing trains.

The accommodation is ideal for a short stay, beautifully decorated, quiet, and well kept, with a great selection of facilities—especially the washing machines and dryers. The location is convenient, close to convenience stores and restaurants, though the TV is outdated and should be upgraded.
