I had a great stay, the location was spot‑on and Lisandra helped me retrieve the coat I’d left in the room; she found someone who had left it at an airport on another island, so the customer service was fantastic. No complaints, just a bit humid, which is normal in all of the Azores.

The room. The chair has been there for a long time, everything is fragile, and when I sat on it it broke and I have to pay for it.

The place was perfectly located and the value for money was excellent. The rooms and facilities were very clean, and the shared bathroom was always tidy. We were able to leave our backpacks at the lockers after check‑out because our flight departed at noon. The chat communication with the host was quick.
