“Room comfortable, but some point to improve!”

The place is quiet and peaceful, and the room is large and comfortable. However, after booking an extra 30 Euro was added for cleaning, which wasn’t visible at the time of booking—an unpleasant surprise that brought the total for one night to 177 Euro. The room and bathroom weren’t that clean; there was long hair and crumbs, and the shower needs repair. There was no one nearby and no clear way to contact the host except through the SOS stays organisation via bookings/WhatsApp, which might be a misunderstanding on my part.

“Lovely and comfortable but perhaps a little too rural for price”

The property is beautiful and the room is lovely with great facilities. It’s a little far from places to get an evening meal.

The place was quiet with strong shower pressure, plenty of parking after a long journey, and a sense of peace of mind. The host was very hospitable and warm. A washing machine was on the same floor. We woke up to a superb view and fresh air while sipping coffee. A short 35‑minute drive to Dublin. The Wi‑Fi was strong. No negatives at all—this is a perfect homestay.

“Ok for a stop gap. But glad we only stayed one night.”

The spot itself was great, but the balcony view was a mess; beyond that the fields looked nice. We only stayed one night, yet we expected a bit more. The rooms felt like they were built just to make money, with thin walls and poor facilities, and there was a damp smell that seeped into the bedding. The clutter outside the balcony was disappointing—just piles everywhere, not what I had imagined.
