Room was large and pretty; water is paid for inside the property and expensive, cleaning involves a vacuum outside the room after 10 am on Sunday (the room must be vacated by 11 am).

Location is clean; described as a boutique hotel but it’s actually the top two floors of an apartment building—calling it an apartment would be more accurate; the elevator is terrible.

Top location right in front of the Dior shop on Via Montenapoleone and a balcony overlooking Milan’s city center, nothing to complain about. The price is excessive for a rather bare room, but given the events that week it’s understandable. The entrance is poorly organized (no signage at the door), the elevator is cramped and the room care is lacking (the table was completely ruined with scratches, which felt out of place in a room that was otherwise fairly decent). I booked the suite, which I think was one of the best accommodations; I didn’t see the standard rooms, but if the suite offered only an acceptable price‑quality ratio I would consider the other options more carefully.

Location is great, the furnishings look better in photos than they do in reality. The rooms are lacking.

The staff are polite, the location is good (10 minutes walk to the Duomo, two metro stations in 5 minutes). The first‑floor restaurant is decent, overall suitable for a short trip. The room was rather dark: a single narrow window (also the door to the terrace), weak electric lighting. Cosmetic renovation is needed and some furniture should be replaced. The terrace is in the inner courtyard with no view. Outside the air‑conditioners run and can be noisy, making it hard to sleep with the door open. The fridge hardly worked, but there is one at reception where you can store items.
