The staff welcomed us warmly and were eager to help; Christine stood out as exceptional, going far beyond to keep our night stress‑free. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast scrumptious, and everything else was great. Coming from Njoro, I didn't expect such a beautiful place in Nakuru, and I plan to stay here every time I travel. I've already told my family about it and they’re looking forward to staying there. The only downside was unavoidable noise from the matatus early in the morning.

The place offers great value for money and surpassed expectations; the food was tasty and affordable. I’ll definitely choose this hotel whenever I’m in Nakuru, thanks to the welcoming staff. Janet gave a thorough briefing and was very helpful. The only issue was that the shower took a long time to heat up, so that should be checked.
