Checking in was a breeze and the front desk team was full of useful tips about the area. Breakfast hit the spot, and the room itself was spotless and surprisingly cozy. All in all, a very pleasant first impression.

We were set to leave right at 11 am, but staff kept reminding us over and over that checkout was at 11. The constant repeats got pretty irritating, especially when we were already on a schedule.

Breakfast was fine, but the hotel’s policy on VAT exemption for foreigners was a hassle—they only accepted cash in dollars or euros and expected us to have the exact amount, which left us scrambling for change. That’s something they really need to sort out.

The room felt comfortable and the location was handy, plus they let us check in whenever we arrived without any fuss. It made the whole stay feel relaxed and convenient.
