We were relieved when the owner quickly adjusted our last‑minute date change after we misread our arrival day; the breakfast was freshly made and the service cheerful and accommodating, and the pub downstairs played music until 10:00, which was great. The only downside was a brief construction job replacing some doors during our stay, but it was a one‑off issue.

The spot sits right in the heart of Belleek and close to Ballyshannon, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—everything you could imagine was there. No complaints at all.
