“Check in confuso”

The location was good, the environment was clean, the breakfast was complete, and there was private parking, but the shower in the Paris room was terrible – it was clogged and only a few drops of water came out, so the water was very hot and needed urgent maintenance. We had a problem with my friend’s reservation; we were three couples, the receptionist said the booking hadn’t been forwarded to them, but the hotel sent a message in the morning of check‑in asking for confirmation, which was confirmed, yet when we arrived they didn’t want to host my friend. It caused a huge hassle that was only resolved when we asked to speak with the manager, and we had to wait more than an hour. We believe the mistake was the hotel’s, because the app showed the reservation as confirmed with the correct date. We’ve been booking for over five years and this had never happened before.

The service was very good, the room and bathroom were spotless, the linens were very clean, and the breakfast was wonderful with many options, so I highly recommend it and will return often. I stayed in room Johannesburg, where the air conditioner was faulty and a bucket was underneath because water leaked from the unit. The bathroom had a leaking cistern and the sink water ran into the bathroom. The shower drain had no “caída” to the drain, so water entered the room. You reserve parking, but in the end you can’t park at the hotel because it’s very small and always full.
