The room was very clean, staff friendly, and there was free coffee, but the hotel sits on a noisy street. The closed windows are well insulated. I was shocked to find a sudden €15 extra fee for the booked dog stay on checkout for one night; this was never specified in the amount on Booking. Also, despite a confirmed booking via WhatsApp and an external link, the hotel still required an additional confirmation to secure the reservation.
