The location was easy to get around and quite pleasant. I’m not sure if it was the owner or a staff member, but they upgraded my room and were friendly. The cold and hot water were in opposite positions, which was confusing. The conditioner was attached to the bathroom wall and dripped one drop at a time, making it inconvenient to use. It looked full at first glance, but in practice it didn’t dispense well.

The spot was spot on and the staff were super friendly, giving the whole experience a great vibe.

I walked straight to Emart, the bus stop and Namchuncheon station without any trouble, and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room 301 was spacious, the hair dryer worked well, and the fridge at reception had cold bottled water. A kettle and gowns were in the room, and being on a main road made catching a taxi a breeze.

Everyone on the team was reasonable and kind, but the pillows were too high and the light control was awkwardly placed.
