“A warm and welcoming hotel with incredibly polite and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.”

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Every staff member we met—from the front desk to room service and the restaurant team—was very polite, friendly, and helpful, and their hospitality made the trip enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and the hot shower was a nice touch after a long day. The restaurant food was absolutely amazing. We especially appreciated how accommodating they were; if a dish wasn’t available, they would order it from a nearby outlet and deliver it directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and all promised facilities were present. Overall, the clean rooms, good food, excellent service, and genuinely kind staff made the experience memorable, and we would gladly stay again. The only downside is that Uber and Ola don’t operate in the area, so you’ll need to arrange a chauffeur or taxi if you plan to go outside the city.

“Very very Bad Hotel”

The hotel’s price is far too high for what it offers, especially compared to other 5‑star hotels in Agra. The staff are under‑trained and unprofessional, the ambience is poor, and construction is still underway.

“Want a mental breakdown- Stay here!”

I’ve stayed all over India, but this stay was pathetic and a waste of money. There were problems with electricity, water, food delivery, cleanliness, and professionalism, and when I reported any of these issues, nobody listened—an absolute nightmare.

“Good hotel with a big garden and play area. Good parking”

The hotel turned out to be a hidden gem; I was skeptical because it was my first stay, yet it met all my expectations. The daal makhni was amazing—one of the best I've tasted so far. We met the manager at check‑in, and he was extra careful to ensure our stay was seamless. We asked for help and they arranged all transport and darshan for us. They have a large garden and a kids’ play area. Nothing really went wrong; everything was fine.
