The entrance was beautiful and made a real difference, and the front‑desk staff were welcoming, polite, considerate, and genuinely cared about our needs, which made the stay very comfortable and uplifting. However, the breakfast set‑up was unfamiliar; it differed from the usual arrangement at other hotels in the chain, and I learned that the payment system for breakfast was handled differently here.
