The Esplanade

“On the whole we had a pleasant stay in blustery Tenby.”

The gentleman on the desk was cheerful and friendly. The room was warm and the bed comfy. I was pleased and surprised to find that the bedroom had a view of the sea. The hotel was situated within an easy walk of the town centre and right by the seafront. I was disappointed as the description stated there was parking but we had to search for a parking space on the street, as there was no private car park. Also I saw no mention in the description that access required a key code, with no one at the desk on arrival, or that the many stairs would make access difficult for someone with poor mobility

Location, location, location !!! Near beach, the town and car park. Communication was great, which included giving written info on gassing access to the building. Missing a heater in the room for the chilly morning

“Noch nicht einmal für eine Nacht.”

Die Lage ist top, die Betten waren bequem. Die Inhaber sind unfreundlich und unverschämt. In der Dusche waren noch die Haare der vorherigen Gäste, die Nachttischlampen waren kaputt, das Haus ist heruntergekommen und die Gäste werden als Geldmelkmaschinen angesehen. -Kunden werden schlechter gestellt als direkte Kunden. Die Informationen zu kostenlosem Parken verwiesen auf Parkplätze für 1/2h bis 2h, sind aber völlig ungeeignet für eine Übernachtung und schlusendlich haben die Vermieter uns mit falschen Vorwürfen konfrontiert

“Très agréable séjour”

Excellent emplacement face à la mer. Chambre très propre et agréable. Très joli design, notamment le papier peint. Bonne literie. Très bon petit déjeuner. Ne pas pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres

“One of the best sea views in Tenby.”

Exceptional view, looking over at Caldey. Room was excellent. Some areas of the hotel were a little dated
