The hotel is just a two‑minute walk from the 24/7 Haram shuttles, which check your hotel card before boarding. The shuttles have a dedicated lane, so traffic isn’t an issue, and they drop you off at Bab Ali on the Marwah side, feeling like you’re right inside the Haram. I’d definitely stay here again because it offers great value. The listed location is wrong, though; it’s a bit farther than shown. I told the staff, and they said this has been a known issue for a long time.

The hotel is good and the facilities are fine, and getting to the other side of the road is easy at any time from and to the Haram. The only downside is that there are no services around the hotel except for a very small grocery next to it that only sells basics.
