The hotel was super welcoming and impeccably clean, with service that went above and beyond, making our stay extremely comfortable; only the furniture could use a facelift since some pieces looked a bit worn for a 5‑star property, otherwise everything was flawless and we’d definitely recommend it.

room was excellent. breakfast was good. location was a little bit far from the metro station and there was no transportation from the hotel as written in the website. location

The staff were great, the room was fantastic, the location was superb, and the room was clean and well maintained; however, some of the lifts were out of service, causing a long wait to reach the ground floor.
