I was under the impression the hotel had an indoor pool, but it turns out there isn’t one.

I liked the staff, especially the person working in the cafeteria.

The hotel is close to stores and the highway, yet I paid for a double room and ended up staying two nights in a single room for a disabled person, the $100 for incidentals still hasn’t been refunded, you must reactivate your room keys each morning, and if you extend your stay you have to book a new reservation through the app, although the whole hotel is currently being renovated.

Getting to stores, the shopping mall, and the highway was easy, but the front desk had to juggle checking guests out while keeping the breakfast bar stocked with food, coffee, and supplies, and the night auditor’s customer service toward women could use improvement; plus the $100 for incidentals hasn’t been refunded yet.
