The hotel is beautiful, set in an exclusive cul‑de‑sac in a picturesque bay with two beaches—one classic near the pool, bar, and entertainment, and one secluded among cliffs, free of music and noise. There’s an adults‑only pool for total privacy. Service is excellent everywhere, rooms are well insulated, the bathroom supplies are high quality, the gym is huge, the spa is good, and the overall stay is luxurious.

“Perfect place for calm relaxation”

The hotel is perfect, a bit small overall but gives a really nice vibe. 1. The view is fantastic all around—sea and bay, with cool mountains in the distance, a great combo. 2. The hotel is very nice, everything is well maintained, the grounds and gardens are well designed. 3. Food quality is excellent and there’s a wide variety. 4. Extra facilities like a coffee corner are great. 5. The pool is perfect and the changing rooms are clean. 6. Warm towels by the pool. 7. Service is great, the bars are nice, everything feels very welcoming. The room was a bit far from the main area, there were four lifts, and on a good day it’s hard to find a spot on the beach or near the pool because everything seems taken.

The hotel is flawless in every way—from the kitchen to the beach, from the incredibly comfortable pillows to the attentive and friendly staff, everything is meticulously planned. The kitchen deserves special praise: the buffet is magnificent, the selection of dishes is huge, and everything tastes amazing! The secret beach is a separate love—an actual paradise with stunning nature. The mountains surrounding the hotel create a truly unique atmosphere. The beauty is impossible to stop admiring! The food is so delicious that we never had time to get hungry before the next meal! 😄

Everything! The spa area offers a wide variety of baths, and the fitness center has plenty of equipment. The staff is everywhere. The front doors of the room slam if you don't hold them, so at night or early in the morning it can disturb sleep: I hear people slamming doors.

The hotel is very beautiful and modern, and we’ve stayed here before. The kitchen is superb with a wide variety of dishes and drinks, the pastry selection is tasty, the staff are caring, the entertainment and master classes are great, and the spa center is extensive. Every room has all the necessary amenities, and any question can be resolved via the chat assistant. The downside is that we were put in a room on a floor where someone was smoking constantly, and the smell filled the entire floor. I think the hotel should create designated smoking areas, especially since it caters to families and most guests lead healthy lifestyles.
