“Good hotel and central but the many stores within the same building made me security conscious”

The hotel was central, had many room options, and was within walking distance of lively shops. Outside the hotel was noisy with many retail stores in the same building, and public access made me feel a bit uneasy about security. I saw an Indian guest shout rudely at breakfast staff, which put me off. Management should enforce a policy that both guests and staff treat everyone with respect and dignity; it is unacceptable for guests to speak down to staff without consequences.

“The hotel is nice, the area - not that good”

The hotel’s restaurant and room amenities were pleasant, and the food prices were reasonable. Daily housekeeping was provided, card payments were accepted without extra fees, and the staff were courteous and professional, making us feel secure. The Wi‑Fi worked well. However, the hotel sits in a central spot that feels hectic, overly busy, dirty, and unsafe after dark, so it’s better suited for business travelers than vacationers. Some rooms labeled as having windows actually look out onto the corridor; it’s not a major issue but worth knowing if you need natural light every day.

“One night”

The room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet, and the nearby shopping mall was reachable by lift. The restaurant was decent, and having a fridge and kettle in the room was a nice touch. The only downside was the lack of other dining options nearby.
