The hotel’s location is perfect for families who want to shop and travel. The current condition of the Mall, with its structural damage right at the only remaining entrance—the café exit—creates an uneasy feeling because the hallway next to the Mall’s interior walls is visibly sinking.

The mall was nearby, but there were fewer English speakers than expected.

The hotel was very well maintained, the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was the best, and both the pool and gym were excellent.
